This call was on our phone from an Ottawa exchange when we returned from holidays. We got the same message with the same voice from 289 204 1269, which is a St. Catharines, ON number
Got the same threatening message as mentioned above from this number 613-927-9683, but the accent is so bad, you can't really understand the caller, only that it's urgent to call back a certain officer 'John Officer' and to wish me 'a good luck' if I don't call. My lawyer wil be in touch with him.
