Whoever this is does not answer. I have since added a phone we dialer and have blown up that number. I will keep calling it every night as I sleep through the night. The Joke is on them now. Stupid Canadian.

Man, they are not Canadian. This same scam has been all around the planet, USA, Britain, Australia etc. Calls originate from places like Pakistan and Bangladesh. They create numbers from the country they are trying to scam people from. Example, Americans get calls from Washington DC...get it !!!
They are trying to create an illusion of authority. So in response, I would just like to say...stupid American
