Who called from 6141234567

Last night they called me 3 times at like 3:40 am and then i finally answered the 4th time they tried calling and it sounded like a fax. I'm just more annoyed they woke me up

They started calling at 245am and didn't stop till 4am . It sounds like a fax machine.

Called me at 4:30am with an attempted fax. Thank goodness I have a callblocker to stop the other several times.

Repeated calls from 614-123-4567 from 3:45 am until 6:54 over and over.

It started again last night at  3:40 from 614-123-4567 repeatedly until I took the phone off the hook.
What can be done???
