A lady said she was with GE Electric and their records show my alarm system was over 3 years old and said they are offering upgrades. I said if you really have my records you would see that I have upgraded in the last 6 months. She was just searching for someone who might need upgrades. My advise is if need an upgrade contact the company who monitors your system because it is not your monitoring company calling!
