I applied for a parttime job at Home Depot and have received a boat load of calls of this type ever since. They usually hang up when I tell them I am retired and only looking for parttime employment.

Called my state office direct number and said her name is Amy and I'd made a recent inquiry about education. I asked the woman who she represents, and she said, "We're located in Phoenix, AZ."; I said, "WHAT company, school or organization are you with?" "My name is Amy..." Yes, I got that much! "Ma'am, I asked with what school are you affiliated??" Hang up. Apparently going against their script does not compute...
