This is DSW - Designer Shoe Warehouse. Someone in your household may have a rewards account or ordered something online. They have brick and mortar stores and an online store. I am a customer and this company is not a scammer.
Although not an online customer, I received a midday call and incorrectly targeted message (for "Lena") about needing more information to fulfill and order. The order number was provided and it sounded reasonable, although most (all?) web sites wouldn't let an order proceed without all the key fields filled. At best, it was a sloppy typo: calling the wrong number. This probably illustrates that the best policy is to let an unknown number go to voice mail.
This was a legitimate call for me. I ordered some shoes online and a live human being left a message acknowledging the order and saying that they were on the way.
