Received calls to my landline and cell this morning from this number and received the same scripted voicemail message. I know I do not owe any debts, and I also know that you don't "waive your right to counsel" by failing to return a call today. I filed complaints with the Office of the Attorney General (AG) for the State of California as well as with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It's easy to submit complaints online with your state AG office and the FTC. If you believe these calls to be fraudulent, please file complaints.
Called stating I had a case pending mediation and that I or my lawyer needed to call back before the end of the day otherwise forfeit rights. No other info. Identified herself as Rachel Lomax.
