Auto caller claiming to be Rachel from Mediation Services. Claimed there was a pending case against me and threatened legal action. DO NOT fall for this scam!
Same thing. Rachel Lomax. Pending case. I returned the call and when I answered I said I need to tell you by law that I am recording this conversation and they slam the phone down
I just got that call as well and it stated that I needed to call back, crazy thing is why do I need to call back if you're already calling? First indication of a scam! Then I called back, and I stated that I was recording the call as I work for the government and I'm trained to record calls even my personal calls when I feel it's a scam...the person hung up on me immediately
