Call went to voicemail.  No message left. Lots of calls from "Westerville, OH" different numbers, all hang ups. Never leave a message.

Caller ID said Ohio call. I did not answer the call and the caller left no message.

Didnt leave meaasge  the 261 exchange has a history of junk political calls

Caller was very difficult to understand but after four attempts she was calling from the Ohio State Trooper Fund.  When I told her this number was on the do not call list, she hung up.
