The caller is Verizon Wireless Financial Services. They don't leave a message, but when you call back it's an automated system prompting you to speak to someone or a reminder that your bill is past due.
We have asked them not to call & have stated we pay in accordance to our pay periods. They assured us they wouldn't call. They even call with promotions. I only use my cell incase of emergencies & get really upset if it's a sales call or we're a week behind a payment. I think we should drop them because half the time our calls get dropped anyway.
Verizon call. Even when you pay your bill on time with automatic payments, the call comes every month. It never ends-> 614-285-3644 is the Verizon number. It's time to report them to the Better Business Bureau. 2/19/14.
