Call my store asking for someone who handles the AEP (American Electric Power) account. I told the telemarketer that our employee that takes care of that is remote and doesn't have a phone number to give out (she does obviously but we don't give it out to anyone). I told said telemarketer that I could provide an email address. He got all exasperated (maybe no script for that haha!) and hung up on me. :D

A guy named Corey called our business asking for a specific person saying that it was in regard to our account. I asked him what company he was with and he still answered it was in regard to an account. I could not get him to tell me what account he was calling in regard to or what company he was with. He eventually realized he wasn't going to get through until he answered my questions and hung up. If he had been working for a legit company he would have just told me where he was from and what it was in regard to. He would have probably been upfront about it too without me even having to ask questions.
Rude, pushy sales people calling on a business that hasn't existed for 10 years. Just hang up, and avoid their attitude and arrogance. No we don't want your "solar panel" scam. Who does business with unsolicited callers anyway?
