caller calls, says  nothing, hear beeps in background.

Same thing. Nothing but a beep.

Calls almost everyday, I never answer but there's always a voicemail that's left no one talks it's just a beep and thats it.

This is a survey.  They called me once a day for the past few days.  I finally answered and after waiting 6 seconds or so, an automated woman came on the line and said the call was being recorded for a survey.  I did not wait to listen and hung up.

Calls me ALL the time, is very annoying. Leaves a voicemail always, usually less than 10 seconds long of a beeb and silence.
