This is a call that is unfortunately political free speech. It is a campaign spiel for reelection of Judge Teresa Petelos, Bessemer Division of Jefferson County, wife of Tony Petelos (former mayor of Hoover, AL and current county manager for bankrupt Jefferson County, AL). If they had a published home phone number, I would post it so they could get a taste of their own medicine. My suggestion, call the Jefferson County / Bessemer Division court house and leave her a message expressing disgust. The number is (205)497-8560. That is my plan for tomorrow AM. Stupid politicians can't seem to get the message as shown in these posts that they offend people to the point of losing, not gaining votes.
I find these political calls disgusting. The politicians claim that it's their right because they have freedom of speech. But, I ask, does their right to freedom of speech trump my right to peace and quiet in the privacy of my own home?
I have made it a personal policy of not voting for any candidate who places a call to my number. That really narrows the field.
