Message left on voice mail and return call. The representative said I took out a loan back in 2011 and the money was to be withdrawn from my bank of record. Ask rep where she was calling from, she did not give me any business or corporate entity that I knew of. The rep went on to say that this was a federal offense and it would be submitted to the city attorneys office where I reside. She gave me some bogus name of a company that I borrowed money from that I did not recognize. Then she told me "good Luck" and hung up. Ok, this is a clue that this bogus because I have got these types of calls before with the same phrase.
Please know that this is a scam and don't be a victim good luck
Left message saying they need to speak to me or my attorney regarding an investigation, and that if i dont reply i would be waiving my right to counsel. Scam threats, total bs. Report them
