BS recorded message that started off like it was from a real person who was having trouble with headset which is why there was a delay answering. Something about staying in a resort previously and 75% off another. Said 'no' about 15 times and then hung up.
Return call to the number gets a message stating that they are a call center and to press 1 to be added to their do-not-call list.
Contacted J2's published customer service number, and they state that the number is "rented" to one of their customers, and that they do not require their customer's to abide by the Telemarketer Sales Rule.
This time started leaving a message "Very urgent call about the Ohio Edison account. Please give me a call" and I pushed the STOP button on the answer machine. Problem is we don't have an Ohio Edison account. Never have had one!
