Rude bill collector. Threatened to sue me for 2K from 156 for something they claim was in 2011. Spoke with a young lady that hung up on me and Brian Reynolds that hung up on me twice.
Called my sister asking about my Fiance. There is no reason they would have my sister's number tied to my fiance when they didn't call me or him at all before. Smelled like a scam when they wouldn't say which law office the "attorney" who found my sister's number called from. Also if they can somehow connect my sister to him and took the time to research that why wouldn't they call him instead of her? He called the number back and talked to a "Lexi" who said he had until 2:00 to pay the balance or it will go from $152 to $2000 with all the attorney fees etc. He said he would call her back and when he did he asked for "Lexi" and the person on the other line mumbled some stuff then hung up but not before we heard what sounded like her getting into a car and various street noises. Then he got a call from a different number entirely, went from 614 area code to 313 ... seems legit. It was Lexi, surprise surprise. He said his attorney will be contacting her and she said if he didn't take care of the payment not it will be too late because they are filing "papers" by the end of the day today. They also had our old old address from over 6 years ago and when he questioned how they could find my sister's number but not our current address she didn't have an answer just said that's what was on his id ... well he never had an id with that address to begin with soooooo.
