it's from telemarketer college advisors. they can't talk first they have to wait for you to call back before they can speak to you. it's a new way to avoid the no call list or unsolicited calls rule. just ignore they're harmless just annoying.
They called me 7 times yesterday. They called me twice today. I ended up calling them back. Said it was college info. I told them to f off. Hope they stop .
