called and would not talk, then call disconnected, Caller ID  Galloway Ohio  614-347-0136.  If they are going to call you, and I am going to take the time to answer, The idiots at least could talk to you

Didn't say anything just hung up.

This number did not call me, but it popped up on my tv screen. So I'm guessing it must be someone who is trying to pull some kind of scam with cable. But the phone number is (614)347-0136.
