They called me sayin they worked for the IRS and said i owe 1,950 to federal government and i told them how they said from 2011 whitch i was not working at the time i would like to know if this was a scam

I got a recorded message saying thy were not he IRS and I need to call back at this number 614-347-0354 immediately or a warrant for my arrest will be given....
It is most definitely a scam. They called me last night saying I owe 9,000 dollars. If I didn't pay in the next ten minutes. The sheriffs will be st my door to arrest me. IRS WILL NEVER CALL YOU.
Received vm on 4/8/17 at 6pm, claiming to be IRS. Recording said, "and to know the consequences of what might go wrong"
Creepy, but I doubt the IRS is going to call on a Saturday evening!
