Received a call to my cell phone (a number I do not give out to many people or companies) today (14 Apr 2017) at 1:36 pm (Central Time.) I answered the call, but there was no reply on the other end. I have saved the number in my cell phone Contacts and named it SCAM14. I have received 13 previous calls from the 614 area code and others, just like this - no one on the other end or no voice mail message left. I called this number using our land line and all I got was a busy tone. I suspect it is connected to a robo caller for some kind of scam. Edit: From Switchboard.com I learned it is a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) connection.
