Received a call last night and woke me up. When phone rings late at night I feel it is an emergency. Person called me by name and said they were from Public Communications. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up. I couldn't go back to sleep and now feel like a zombie this morning. I am trying to find a way that I can block these bothersome calls but these people that call keep changing their number so what good is it to BLOCK a number? Wish something can be done to make them stop.
