This is the 14th call I've had from these people in the last 5 months! I have had them blocked but they still get through. I have another pharmacy company with a similar number that NEEDS to contact me for medication verification. The telemarketing company that called me today is "MED CLINIC", a telemarketer group for back and knee braces. The message said to be taken off their list press 9. Well, I have done that in the past and they still call.
THIS TIME I actually spoke to the rep, Bruce, and gave him an earful. He even spoke REAL English. I said that I pressed 9 several times in earlier calls and they still call. I told him that if I ever received ONE MORE CALL that I would have my relative, the Ohio AG, contact the company personally. He stuttered and I hung up.
BY THE WAY, I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT IF YOU DO PRESS 9 OR ANY NUMBER TO "GET REMOVED" FROM THEIR LISTS, IT IS A TRIGGER TO KEEP YOUR NUMBER ACTIVE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE A LIVE FISH ON THE LINE. SO NEVER PRESS 9 OR ANY NUMBER TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LISTS OR ANY TELEMARKETING LIST.
