These morons are also using 773-839-5170... pardon me... I assume it's the same morons because the computer voice sounds identical using the same script. There was a third number with yet another area code; unfortunately, it dropped from my list of recent calls. Thank goodness for call blocking with the Panasonic phone! Just wish there wasn't a need to use it so many times, practically every day of the week due to the endless supply of morons trying to steal our money or identity.
They left automated voicemail that was cut off, something to the affect of "Federal Government - return this call immediately"...
Called back since it didn't make sense - answered by person with Indian-accent, claiming to be with the Internal Revenue Service - asked for my address - i asked how do i know you are who you say you are, He replied with "hang up if you don't believe, but if you do not believe and hang up then the police will be at your door in 30 minutes to arrest you." i hung up... no police yet...
