This is one of those scam calls: "The IRS has filed a claim against you......." The IRS does not announce claims against citizens over the phone I was told. Block this number!!!
I have received 2 calls and they only left 1 vm. Called back and he didn't even have my name or address correct. Said I was going to be picked up in 45 mins to spend 90 days in jail. Oh please, you don't even have my name correct... I'm waiting... :) I'm just curious of what they were trying to do. I asked if he wanted my credit card # so I could pay and he said no. I wasn't going to give it but was trying to figure out their game plan.
