Told me that this is my last notification for the arrest warrant they are issuing against me. they want me to call back but they can hunt me down

They tod me that the IRS had issued an arrest warrant  in my name that I needed to call them immediately.I know that's a lie.

IRS warrant for my arrest. Called back the number. Someone  answered the phone Internal Revenue Service. I said, I'm returning a missed call. They hung up on me. Call them back again. Phone continue to ring
