This number is suppose to be from United Health Care. I'm not a member nor have I ever been. I've had my cell phone number 7 months now and in the last several weeks they started calling 4 times a day without leaving a message. Well they finally left a recorded message today for a person I never heard of and want them to call back this other number--877-825-9102. Yeah right.

It really is United Healthcare. They probably just have the wrong number. If you want the calls to stop then calling the 877 number and letting them know you aren't who they think then they will probably stop. I am a United Healthcare customer and they call me with that same message periodically to check in. It's legit. They just have the wrong number on file apparently
UNITED HEALTH CARE - RoboCalls to their "clients" ... Want to leave messages or talk to people who are supposedly enrolled in one of their programs. I am NOT enrolled with this company and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human being to tell them so. I have been receiving these automated calls for 5 years for a person who does not have this telephone number and, to has not had it for at least the past 5 years. After finally reaching a real person (after multiple levels of voice messages) I was told that I would have to contact the state of Ohio to correct this because it was somehow connected to public assistance that the individual is supposed to be receiving. I told United Health Care that I had no responsibility to contact the state to correct anyone's problem - that was between United Health Care and the state of Ohio. Today was the 4th time I have contacted them to make this correction but it is highly unlikely that their incompetent employees will do so.
For the past 5 years I have repeated robo-calls from "United Health Care" for someone who does not have this phone number. I have contacted United Health Care at least 10 times explaining that their client is not at this number and is not receiving the automated messages that their annoying system continues to disturb me with. Well, obviously United Health Care couldn't possibly care less because once again today I got yet another one of their automated annoyances and when I tried to call them back I got another recording telling me that we continue to attempt reaching me in a few days. If I had United Health Care I'd cancel and if I was looking for health care they would be the last company I would contact. If they don't care enough to get their "important message" to the right person then the rest of their services must be as inefficient and incompetent. If you're receiving these unwanted calls then good luck trying to get them to stop because United Health Care is really United Health DOESN"T CARE.
