The same thing just happen to me today. But the second time she called I ff the phone call to my Mgr. Huh joke on you!!!! I have insurance and have had them a while so you need to collect from the INSURANCE COMMPANY.I HAD HER TO FAX ME SOMETHING IN WRITING, I GOT IT BUT STILL NOT PAYING A DIME. DO YOU THINK THINGS ARE STRAIGHT IN THE ECONMY THAT I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT HOSPITAL BILLS. IM TRYING TO KEEP HEAD ABOVE WATER NOW. I TOLD HER TO CHARGE IT TO THE GAME...... THE ADDRESS AND ALL INFORMATION ON THE FAX IS FFCC-FLORDIA / FFCC-COL 1550 OLD HENDERSON RD SUITE 100 S COLUMBUS,OH43220 800-559-9277/813-258-6500 ITS HAS MARY VANCE 866-466-2406. THEY ARE FULL OF IT AND WILL NOT BE GETTING A DIME FROM ME.
I'm shocked by these posts. I called this company back and they were so nice I could hardly tell they were a collection agency. Maybe you should try again and ask to speak with a supervisor.
Maybe I did call them back. Maybe I did tell them they have the wrong person/last 4 of SSN/Number. Maybe I did request that my number be removed because this person they're looking for I have never heard of and I've had this number for 25+ years.
Maybe THEY still call after multiple times going thru all of this.
THEY have the wrong number. They refuse to believe me when I tell them I'm not who they're looking for. They have been reported to everyone and anyone I can think of
