Just received msg from David Dorsey advising of am order for my wages and I needed to call to tell my side of story. I caled number back, a female answered. I asked to speak with Mr Dorset and was told he is on a conference call and would call me back. Female said they was going to garnish my wages for a 3000.00 debt from a payday loan. I advised her I have never had a payday loan ever! Number they called from 7652332203. THey called today and last week.
Wages are garnished by court order, not because a cold caller says so. Had there been a hearing, you would have plenty of information about it. Think scare tactic.

They've called my cell my moms cell and my moms house several times..Using several different numbers but what amazes me is the only reason I answered the 1 I did was. Because it was local to Louisiana! Sneaky as hell! I finally listened and pressed 1 only because it was all stressing my mom out! Mary cole was her name she said he (David Dorsey)was on the phone and she happen to have my file in front of her. She says the order is being processed today and they will start garnishment of my wages for 3000 unless I pay 240 today for a check to cash place I don't even remember doing!
