SCAMMER stating they're taking donations to help women with breast cancer who can't afford treatment but will not provide any info regarding the company or anything legitimate , also stated they needed an immediate commitment by phone and would not wait when asked to send materials by mail n I said I would donate after the requested info was received!!

Called my cell phone and left no message.  Likely an disreputable company.

Called my cell, and left no voicemail.  Likely a scam.  Blocked the number.  I do not answer "Unlisted."

Any unknown caller that leaves no message deserves to get BLOCKED plain and simple. A real caller leaves a message.
