I finally decided to call the number left on my voice mail, so that I can tell them to take me off their damn call list, but you get the voice mail runaround and cannot talk to a human being. I am now going to try and find a number that I can call them back to complain at, or else I'll have to call the local store (which will probably do nothing about it).

So I called the local store that I purchased the mask from and asked where I can call to get taken off the list. The person I spoke with said that he could take care of it. He looked me up in his records and said that it would be taken care of. Hopefully, that will end the calls.
CPAP Central. Purchased an overpriced mask from them about 3 years ago and now they call at least once a week to "see if I need more supplies." I have told them no repeatedly and asked to be removed from their list, but they won't stop calling. I found another company to buy from which is 50% cheaper than CPAP Central BEFORE insurance! STOP CALLING, it is not a way to win business.
First, putting stop calling here does nothing since they don't have anything to do with this web site. Now since you ordered from them, they are allowed to call you for 18 months unless you have informed them to stop. So here is what you need to do. First, send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop calling you and to put you on their internal and external do not call lists. Then if they keep calling you, you can sue them under the TCPA for $500 per call, possible treble damages or actual damages and they pay your lawyer fees.
