This is a SCAM! The caller id identifies them as A A A Aero Locksmith. They leave a recording ask you to call Travis back on 877-301-7743 about a vehicle loan. The hilarious thing is I don't even own a car. I am so sick of them that I called back the number. A female answered and the first request she made was for my entire social security number...DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM! I stated I am not giving you my social security number, nor do I own a car. She then tried to change her story, but I kept talking. I told her she needs to get an honest job and stop trying to steal people's hard earned money. I told her to remove my number from their list and that I was reporting them to the appropriate authorities..she hung up. I blocked this number on my phone.
I continue to get this phone call so today I answered it I was informed that I have been turned over to them for refusing to pay an $800.00 bill. First of all I don't owe $800.00 to anyone and I attempted to get her to tell me who she was or the name of her company and she would say the name really fast so I could not understand her. Informed her that I was going to report her as a scam and she then wanted me to speak to her manager. I said I do not know who she was and no I do not want to speak to her manager. These people are unbelievable in the scams.
They have called me too but frrom the number 614-384-5237 which my caller id identified as AAA Aero Locksmith they leave a message stating it is urgent you contact us today by 7pm or there will be charges filed. the call back number is 866-973-9693, when I call back to get more info all they will say is you owe us money and to pay immediately or there will be legal repercussions. They will not give any info about the debt, the account, the merchant and they will not send anything via postal mail or internet. I advised them to either send me something on paper or they can go ahead and file legal action but therre is no way I was going to pay them over the phone. She then got rude, said we shall see about that and hung up. They call once a week, I tell them the same thing everytime, still nothing. also reported them forr harassment and threats still waiting to hear on that.
they call every single day asking for someone who used to work in my office. it's some woman on the other end with a very thick accent. she says leaves a vm saying it's an urgent matter and this person needs to call her that day before 7:00 p.m. either it's a scam or my former co-worker got himself involved with some pretty bad debt collectors.
