So I see there is only one other person reporting this.  I answered "Hello, Galloway, Ohio, new one to me.  Hello, Ohio".  No response.  After about 15 more seconds of silence, I was disconnected.  This will probably be a new one making the rounds.

Received call from 614-385-0132. at 12:51 PM. Caller ID: Galloway, OH

the caller kept saying hello, hello, can you hear me?
I hung up when I heard that. Do not ever answer yes! Scam to get your voice saying yes....

Called.  Did not answer.  Left no message.  Caller blocked.

Called no message another SCAM.
