They keep calling my phone asking for someone else. I don't even have an account with Verizon anymore - we have Page Plus but an old Verizon number. It's always automated and I can't get anyone to answer.
I have an amount due with Verizon already made arrangement to pay Told them this automated it told me I still was being terminated I pressed zero so the automated voice says they can't help me
