It's the Ohio Trooper Collation-they are NOT real Ohio State Highway Patrol nor do they represent the real Highway Patrol. They keep most the money they collect and line their pockets. They usually have about 4-6 numbers working at any one time so they can call you again after you block one of their other numbers. Do not answer them, do not give them any money. Give you money to a local charity if you have too much money. this is a new number for them.
