Same Here I can't find any information but the fact that they are doing this call and hang up routine to somebody leads me to believe its some scam. Sometimes I get Headhunters who call and don't leave message but sounds like this is not one of them.

This is from Highlights children's magazine and learning resources. They are a legitimate company, but the constant phone calls and not leaving a message as to the purpose of the call is annoying.
