I called this number back and it DOES come back to the American Red Cross. When you get an operator, just tell them there is nobody on the line, it then disconnects after a few seconds, and you don't want this "Non-working, annoying call," listed to be used on your account ANYMORE! The person there said that she would have it removed.
Look I'm all for stopping spam calls and whatnot but dude it's the American Red Cross asking for a blood donation. I get it if you don't want to be bothered but just say that is the Red Cross without having such a sarcastic comment that you come off as being an uncaring pretentious prick.
