I picked up because my brother was having surgery today and it was a local number so I thought it was important. Some foreign woman said she was calling from some health care company. I asked her why she was calling me and she said it was in response to the pain I had recorded that I had. I promptly hung up on her. Sick of these weird calls!
Getting these from a few different numbers from a few area codes, all with a caller ID name of "Local Call". I don't answer caller id's that smell like spoofs, and no message was left.
Scam! Called the number back on my own masked number and got a recording "we called you to particapate in a survey in current events...." I've heard this recording several times and it always end the same, trying to sell something so they can get your credit card number so they can have a good time.
