Called and said they had a good phone service for the company. Then started to ask questions. I refused to give them answers. He said he just needed general info to get us the best deal. They had my name and e-mail address. I hung up and he actually called back. Then someone else from the same number called and asked for someone else in our office. I answer the phones. They aren't getting past me. Asshats
A quick Google search turned up this. The Ohio Troopers Coalition has been at this for years and years, been sued at least twice now, by the Ohio Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission and are still at it. I just received another call again today. They will never stop. DO NOT ANSWER!

"Pasch will turn over a $2 million home as well as his art, guitar and jewelry collections, three Mercedes and a Bentley and $270,000 from the recent sale of his wine collection. Keezer will turn over assets including a $2 million home, a Range Rover, a Cadillac Escalade and a Bentley."
Where is your money going? To crooks, thieves, and liars.
This time they call themselves someone who is going to lower my gas/elec bill with another supplier. I decided to play them along and made myself sound quite old and clueless. They transferred me around to a couple of supervisors. I gave them fake account numbers and they said they were right. The only thing they did get right is my name/address. Rather scary.
Then they transferred me to the 'senior supervisor' who said he was in Akron, OH. My screen said Chicago. I finally after over 30 minutes, called his bluff and a few choice names. He called back and complimented me on calling him a scammer. Once again, called him a few choice names. He hung up. All callers had an Asian accent!
This number has continued to call me. In one call, "William" had the gaul to try and follow-up on previous call. No matter how many times I said 'go away' he persisted in talking. He must really be under a lot of pressure from whoever hires these clueless kids to make a sale. Of course, I hung up on him. Now when I see the number, I just don't pick up. I wonder how much longer he will try.
