These aren't exactly the same text as yours but the "idea" is the same; get you to click on a link that loads malware or steals your information. Contact apple tech support directly if you feel you have a problem.
At 10:59 am today -------"Urgent action required ..... Apple device will cease to function correctly w/o verification." Text also contains link to download "preview"
