Not sure what they wanted.

It's a collection company even if the debt has been settled they still try to collect on it.

Caller left a message with jackal-like laughter.

They just called here, asking for a "Kelly"?  They have blocked on my Digitone.  Their name is Reliant Capital.

This is a debt collector!! They called leaving threatening messages!! Believe they to collect as a third party!!!!
