Same as the above messages. Called 10/19/2010. Sounded urgent and slightly menacing. We live in Indiana and as far as I know, we have no dealings with RCS or any outstanding debts that would deserve this call.
Says that i have to call the Attorney General office immediately...whatever. I quit paying for anything once the bank took my home because my credit score was just 2 points too low to finance. Since then i take an exotic vacation 4 times a year and have such a wonderful life..[***] you all bill collectors...[***] you all.
Said that it's imperative that we call them. Mentioned "RCS" and the "State Attorney General's office." They didn't say which state's attorney general... we happen to live in Ohio. Also, didn't specify who they were trying to contact or why.
I got the same call, funny thing is that I've already spoken to someone earlier in the month from the Attorney General's Office (I can't recall if they said the particular state or not at the time) - sounds like a bully collection agency to me.
