They start calling as early as 8:00am EST and as late as 9:00pm EST. When they call there is dead air on the line then a click. I have asked repeatedly that they remove my number from there calling list. Then they hang up. I have never actually spoken with anyone, there never seems to be anyone on the other end of the line.
