Just trying to rectify past issues consumers have experienced. No shady calling practices here.

Well the comments on this thread, although they are from 5 years ago, say otherwise.

I just did a search on the name and found a website, but Google Search warns the site might be hacked. I think this is a scammer attempting a new spin and doing damage control here.
