Please stop blowing up my phone every  hour

Supposedly Ohio state troopers association but I'm pretty sure it was a scam.   Number now blocked.

an inbound call that went to voice mail. it was a recording saying my call is very important and to hold for an agent. a few seconds later some came on and said hello twice and hung up
