And the BK had already been discharged. They said they didn't care and if I didn't pay they will issue an arrest warrant. I told them go ahead. Then I had ask for their address and they hung up on me. I called back and this is the name of the Company name and address, they gave me. After I got the address, I told them it is against the law to threaten arrest and I can report them to the district attorney office, for harassment. They hung up.
I received a robocall automated message from an "investigator" with the legal department at this number. Someone claiming that I have fraudulent charges about some loan from years ago. When I call back the woman "Christi" answered the phone stating "Legal Mediation Department". When I started asking questions she became very irritable, and would not give me the company address, and other information I requested. Red flags for a SCAM. The woman kept saying good luck, and they they will be contacting whoever for further action. Be aware of this number, and do not give in to their scam.
