It's not easy to do and may not be possible, but you can cut back on the calls if you're able to deny unwanted callers from getting any kind of answer. If they're continuing to call, but get nothing at all, they do get tired of wasting time with you.
Recording in reference to my credit card account. Hung up and blocked. These calls are totally out of control. Between personal and work cell, I am blocking a min of 5-7 numbers a week!
