"Emily" is having trouble with her headset and can't hear very well.  Very well crafted recording with noises similar to adjusting a headset and then she starts her pitch and you can immediately tell then that it is a recording.  After she stated that "their records indicated that I have stayed at one of their resorts in the past"...I hung up and blocked the call.
