Called, left no VM, blocked number

Called cell. Didnt leave message.

Local call - but still calls continually on a daily basis.  Always leaves a half cut off message.  Am on DNC & have been since getting my number.... Have called the number back and NEVER get an answer.  BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER.....EVEN THOUGH I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!!!

The DNC list isn't a freakin' CALL BLOCKER?! Have you ever ONCE looked to see just WHAT it covers?!
