Numbers vary from Chipley, Altha, Crestview, Santa Rosa, Tallahassee, Milton, DeFuniak Springs, all Florida cities near to Panama City, FL. Been going on for 5 months now. Sometimes, it's a little different, giving another name, but always says they are some kind of administrator, contract administrator, hearing administrator, court administrator.
