Same old scam from a new number. Pretends to be raising funds for the Ohio State Highway Patrol, with a phone number on Caller ID suggesting the call is from the Columbus, Ohio, area (Columbus is the state capital). Thus, it must be legit. Wrong. They use a few other numbers, too: 614-569-2661 and 614-569-4823, for example. Like loads of calls from "Rachel from cardholders services" and various cancer/breast cancer fundraisers, they all want to steal from you. Block all of them.
